Switzerland in 10 days?! We'll take that! 🙌 Thank you so much for this wonderful review — it genuinely made our day over here in the US. We're thrilled our Sony headphone side cover sliders arrived well packed, fast, and hit the mark for you. And you noticed the discount code! That little surprise is our way of saying thanks for trusting us — so make sure you use it next time because we'd love to have you back. We put a lot of care into the quality of every replacement part we ship and into making our YouTube repair tutorials as clear and helpful as possible, so hearing that everything came together seamlessly all the way in Switzerland is exactly the kind of feedback that keeps us going. Thanks for the recommendation and for choosing CentralSound — the Alps have never sounded better! 🏔️

Our apologies for any issues you may have had with us. We're requesting more information from you to make this right. We looked up your name in our system and no one by the name of "Marcus Jameson" ever placed an order with us.

Jonathan Diamond to the rescue — that's our guy! 🙌 Thank you so much for this incredible review and for being so gracious about the mix-up with the earmuffs. Ordering the wrong part happens to the best of us, and that's exactly why we have an amazing team ready to swoop in and make things right without any fuss. We're so glad Jonathan got your refund processed quickly, kept communication clear throughout, and made sure the correct headphone ear pads were on their way to you in no time. That's the CentralSound standard and we'll never settle for less. The fact that you came out the other side happy and willing to recommend us means the absolute world to us. Jonathan is going to be absolutely thrilled to see this shoutout — we'll make sure he sees it! Thank you for trusting CentralSound and we can't wait to help you again down the line! 🌟

Revamped, refreshed and back to tip top shape — that's exactly the kind of comeback story we live for! Thank you so much for the kind words. There's something incredibly satisfying about bringing a broken pair of headphones back to life instead of tossing them aside, and we're so glad our team and replacement parts made that possible for you. Professional and quick with great customer care is the CentralSound standard we hold ourselves to every single day, so hearing it land that way means everything to us. We'll be right here whenever the need arises again — your headphones are in safe hands! Thanks for choosing CentralSound! 🌟

Hello Thamal Perera, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our apologies for the issue with that part. We did receive your e-mail and if given ample time to reply we would have offered you a refund or replacement, which we will do. The part could have been installed wrong, it might not have been compatible with your model, it may have been defective. The issue you experienced could be due to one or more of these factors. We are a small business with 9-5 working hours. We received your e-mail at 8pm and then two hours later you left this negative review. You never even gave us a chance to make it right before leaving this review. We understand the "want it yesterday" mentality but we cannot provide the prompt customer service response that big business can (like Amazon). It's not fair that you "punish" us for it by leaving a review like this. We have over 17,000 - 5-Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - positive feedbacks and reviews across multiple platforms and marketplaces worldwide. That does not happen with bad products and bad customer service. We are here for you and will make this right with you.

Hello Amado, First off, our apologies for not meeting your expectations. We sell many aftermarket products under our own CentralSound brand. Many headphone manufacturers/brands do not supply parts for repair shops or the public. Aftermarket parts are the only option unless you buy used parts from a used pair of headphones somewhere. It's understandable that you may have gotten confused, or got the wrong search results from google (which we have no control over). You are correct, we do offer free standard domestic shipping, which you did not opt in to. You chose to pay for the upgraded priority option. You also purchased two items, yet you want a refund on shipping even though the other item was fine, as you admit at the beginning of this review. We certainly should have responded to you sooner, there is no excuse and we take full accountability for that. Feel free to send in and return what ever parts you want. If you do return the other parts you ordered then we will issue you the priority mail shipping charge. We certainly appreciate your feedback and gives us some insight on where we need to make improvements. It really was not necessary to leave a negative review. You had an issue with our part, we issued you a refund (without you sending it back). It may have taken us longer than you expected but we did take accountability and feel we made this right with you.

Back in service and saved from buying a new set of cans — that's the dream right there! 🙌 Thank you so much for sticking with us through the hiccup with that first kit. A mold or printing error slipping through is never okay and we're genuinely sorry about that — but we're really glad the team got a full replacement out to you quickly and that it landed perfectly second time around. The Sony WH-1000XM2 headband is one of the most notorious breaking points in the headphone world, which is exactly why we engineered a dedicated repair kit for it — because nobody should have to bin a great pair of headphones over a design flaw that was never their fault. We'll keep working to make every kit flawless right out of the box, and your feedback helps us do exactly that. Thanks for the patience, the grace and for choosing CentralSound — those cans have earned their second life! 🎧
