We used to buy quite of bit of refurb PC's and they were very good. Pricing was competitive. We have been buying less. The used notebooks have not worked out well for us. Too much wear and/issues and warranty is very slow. Paul is the best sales rep ever!

Had an issue with the memory in the machines. CDI did end up replacing the bad memory.

We had great tech support at a great value. I would have given a 5 star had we not had issues with the shipping and billing dept. All was resolved and we were happy in the end

Good people. There I had to do a bit too much work to make the sale. But my sale was likely not big enough to matter. Personally I would include the insurance or guarantee to persuade in the purchase cycle.

Our sales rep with CDI Computers, Mike Bovenizer has been amazing! He is ready to help with everything from quotes, to warranty repairs, to billing questions, and has always been extremely friendly and supportive. CDI is a large company, and we have had two or three minor issues with incorrect invoicing and with getting computers repaired under warranty. These issues were resolved fairly quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend CDI.

Shipping time is longer than it should be.

The quality of the goods received with minor exceptions has been excellent. The only issue I have is the time it takes from when I order to when I receive the product. This could be greatly improved.
