Fair pricing, merchandise generally in good condition but frequently it takes too 2-4 weeks long from the time an order is placed until it ships.

Other than a timely delivery mixup overall performance and customer service is great.

They generally have very good equipment, and when problems arrise, are easy to work with to get them resolved. The biggest drawback, is the time it takes to get an item once ordered, and the time it takes to remedy any issues (replace incorrect AC Adapter, exchange DOA items, etc) - often on the order of several weeks). Very friendly staff, and excellent prices.

Delivery times fell to an all time low with little to no explanation. Sales rep I have goes out of his way to make it right. I have only had two units over the years that had issues so quality of product is not an issue.

Amazing service, friendly communication, once in a while shipping delays but overall quite satisfied.

There was a problem with the computer not being ready for dual monitors even though I was specific that was my need. The issue was resolved, at my expense; however it was an easy fix that was resolved relatively quickly. I would purchase from them again in the future.

Great prices. I haven't ever had any problems with the computer systems I have purchased. They are always well packed and as advertised.
