Sales never available during and after the sale.... I've spent to much time leaving messages....

To be honest the products which we have received from CDI (EduGear Chromebooks) are without a doubt the absolutely worst products that I have ever used. I have been a Technology Director for public schools for thirteen years and have never dealt with products this poor.

We are still waiting for our complete order to be delivered. I dont think I would purchase from you again.

Bought a laptop. It had an issue. Sent in for repairs. I was informed through the email that the laptop had a lot of damages. It seems like it was dropped on a concrete surface. I never thought about taking pictures before sending it in because they are with a reputable company that is with Comcast.

3 times is not the charm. Laptop been in 3 times. This time 3 week and still not done.
