I have 4 cats, two are still on the kitten stage and one is more than 16 years old. They were ALL intrigued the moment I opened the box! It was extremely difficult to put together because all the cats wanted to pile into it. BUT once I got them out I zipped it closed with ease. They love playing with each other in and around it. One of my cats even likes hide inside and snatch toys dangling in front of the peek-a-boo cut out. The tunnel itself is extremely sturdy material and I love the cats feel safe enough to claw all over it. It is also very light and easy to move from room to room The only thing I'm afraid of is one of my cats is a revenge pee-er, and if she decides to use this as her next target... I would recommend 2 things now that we've had it a bit. 1. The Jumbo size is a bit too big unless you have a cat OVER 20 pounds. Order the standard size. Between having 4 cats and one being 20 pounds I'm finding the smaller one would have been perfect. 2. I wish there was a protector cover for the zipper. The zipper itself is very sturdy, but it dangles and encourages them to chew and play with it. If it zipped into a little pocket I don't think it would be an issue.

The cats love them and they were so easy to put together! One cat goes inside and the other sticks his head in the little cat cut out. It entertains them for hours! What a great invention!!

It is well made and the kittens love it!

Edit: We’re now up to 8 emails, over a 9 days and the latest says they are finally forwarding to the department that will determine if I can make a return or not — and I will hear back within 72 hours. This is ridiculous. Their return policy clearly states, "What if my cat doesn’t like it? We are obsessed with your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. That's why your order is secured with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 90 day free return policy." My cats did not like it. One cat never went near it. The other inspected it once and never went back. However, trying to return the product is not easy and actually comes with conditions and dire warnings that if there is any sign of use or wear, you will not get a refund. That's not what 100% satisfaction guaranteed means. I sent photos with my first email showing there was no wear or signs of use on either of the two items that I ordered (the second one never even came out of the box). I have since been back and forth twice with customer service who are now asking for photos AGAIN. They do not seem to want to honor their "100% Guarantee."

My 4 fur babies love there new play toys. I do have one cat that likes to sit in the indentation on the top but he is too big. It would be great to make one just a little bit larger.

My cats love these now they were slow at first. Great product.

At first I was skeptical that this bagel-looking thing would appeal to our notoriously hard-to-please cat. But moments after pulling it out of the box and zipping it together, our little feline started immediately exploring this thing inside and out. She genuinely enjoys playing around with the Cattasaurus, much to our delight. We got the two pack (BOGO!) with the idea that we would give one to a friend, but we decided to keep both so our cat can one upstairs and one downstairs. A great buy!
