I havent received what i ordered yet. Can I get an estimated delivery time? My payment went through my Citibank credit card on September 5, 2026. I just want to know if I’m going to get what I paid for.

I so wanted the cat cave to work. Emma still scratches everything but it. When I first got it she went in and out of it a few times and now just ignores it. sigh Your delivery service was great. Very fast Lynne Brown

So far he doesn’t use it at all and is still clawing at carpet and couch. I’ve had it over a week. I did get him to scratch it once when playing with a toy and thought if he felt it once he would start using it. No luck! Pretty pricey, might have to return.

The product itself seems well made. It was delivered in a timely manner. For those reasons I give 2 stars. The reason I can't give more is that my 3 year old cat hated it. Wanted nothing to do with it no matter what we tried. Let my son and daughter-in-law try with their younger cat, and she also had no interest no matter what they tried. Total waste of money as far as the cats are concerned.

The product its self was well constructed. It is just they promised that my cats would completely love this item. However, they do not! These are not small items and take valuable realistate. The price was not within my budget either, but I do love my cats, so I made it work.

My cats like the water fountain, so the product is good. I bought into a “buy one, get one free” offer. I obviously didn’t read it well enough, because only one arrived. When I asked about it, I was told the second would be sent after 90 days. After 5 months, I contacted them about the second fountain and was told it would be sent. No explanation, no apology. I think their selling practice is somewhat deceptive. Update: nearly three weeks after I wrote this, and additional contacts, I have still not received the second foundation. Reducing this by one star.

I purchased the water fountain in April, four months ago. It worked fine. Both of my cats and my dog use it. It stopped working this week. It was expensive. I’m disappointed. It still lights up but nothing happens.
