CASAINCReviews of casainc.com

My husband and I are very happy with our shower faucets/head from this company. When we had a small problem with the shower head, customer service was great and very helpful.

I reached out because a client broke the handle on the faucet. Mona in the customer service department was very helpful with getting me a new handle. She stayed in communication with me along the way. I really appreciate her and the company for helping me get this fixed. Excellent customer service!

We have really enjoyed our Casainc shower system since day one. Unfortunately about 5months after being installed the hose for the hand held shower began leaking at the end where the hose connects to the sprayer. Thought it might be the gasket but that was in perfect shape. It appears to be the hose itself.

I love my bathtub shower head/ sprayer/faucet. Customer service is great. Very courteous and prompt.

Casainc assisted me in finding the correct valve for my shower. The order was processed and shipped quickly. I appreciate their wonderful customer service.

Great customer service. Ordered shower system for a home i was working on. I had noticed a part was missing from box. Contacted them and quickly started to see about getting a replacement. A replacement wasn't available so they had manufacturer make a replacement. They kept me informed throughout the process and followed up to see if I received part. Thank you for the support.

Working with Casainc has been an amazing experience. It started when I purchase the very functional and beautiful wall-mount shower system with rainfall, waterfall and handheld several years ago up to today when I contacted customer service. Also, I would like to share with you that the shower system is amazing. The spa feeling experience is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. In addition, it makes my shower look very luxurious. I recently contacted customer service for a small replacement part. Mari was kind and responsive and found the part I needed and will be shipping it to my home immediately. Thank you, Casainc

I was relieved to learn CASAINC had a replacement canopy in stock for purchase for my 15ft Solar 36 LED Lighted Outdoor Double-Sided Patio Umbrella with Cover.
