Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand how challenging it must have been to go without a functioning shower for that period. To clarify, the communication and arrangement process took about one week, and the shipping and delivery were completed within the standard timeframe of approximately another week. While this timeline is typical, we truly regret that it caused such a disruption for you. Regarding the purchase of the replacement valve, it was offered based on your request. However, we understand that this may not have met your expectations for a lifetime warranty. Please rest assured that we are committed to reviewing our processes and policies to better support our customers in the future. If there's anything we can do to assist you further or address your concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience in the future.
