Called for information on a specialty…
Called for information on a specialty prescription and was extremely pleased with the service. The agent was courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

Understood and was Very Helpful !
I have a script that needed refilling about every two weeks but when I tried, I was told it was too soon and I would be charged full uninsured price. Leslie answered the phone and was able to understand the situation and come up with a fix. We even talked about how to have the Doctor write scripts in the future that would avoid this situation with other patients. She even called the pharmacy for me! On top of that, she really seemed to enjoy her job and be helpful.
