Fraudulent Provider, Then Poor Customer Service
Their refund policy only covers like a week, their customer service number is difficult to find, understaffed (meaning long wait times to talk to someone), and staffed by folks who are hard to understand. When someone has a hearing impairment, an accent over the phone with a lot of background noise becomes essentially impossible to understand. They charged more than they were supposed to for the membership (charged for a quarter instead of a month) and they charged three weeks in a row for services that were not provided on two of those weeks.
