The sitter was absolutely amazing. She did a great job with my son who really did try her and give her a tough time, but she was wonderful, patient and eager to learn about working with a young adult with autism.

Accessing Care.com through the computer (instead of the app) is very difficult, especially since I had to keep repeating putting in the correct zip code, job identification, and distance radius. But the woman we just hired is excellent.

Edit: Someone from care.com reached out to me today after 9 days of unanswered calls, text and emails. They confirmed that my business was not visible, and they no longer handle businesses on Care.com. Which I was not made aware of until today. My business has been with Care.com for over 5 years. They should of notified me when they changed their terms. Today, they directed me to the correct business marketing and refunded my money. I have been trying to get in touch with Care.com because my business page is not showing and continues to display an error message. I paid for a one-year subscription, yet Care.com has failed to respond to my calls, emails, or chat inquiries. It has been over a week with no resolution or communication from their team. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. You cannot expect payment and then ignore customer concerns. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the BBB. Care.com needs to take accountability and address these issues promptly.

2 people showed up on time and we hired them. But the other 2 told will come and did not show up

The app is a bit challenging. Phone and iPad act differently. Background checks only work on the iPhone. The screen resets a lot. I payed for unlimited checks and it won’t do vehicle and extended at the same time.

I have had no communication yet with my provider. I have given her my address and phone number but have not heard from her yet. So, hopefully today she will communicate?
