I am in awe over my whole experience. From the moment that an customer service agent offered to assist me to the what seemed like next day delivery. My whole experience was great. Just so happens that I was going to order another cartridge of ink today then I noticed your email. This is what great customer service is. When you already know what the customer needs and is expecting it makes it a WOW experience. Thank you for the opportunity to give this review and also the opportunity to say, Thanks again.

While I enjoy the spead with which our ink arrives. I have found that the printer does not find the ink cartridges compatable. The cartridges may still have ink, but after a few weeks, our printers are saying that they are out of ink.

Hi Ruthella. We’re sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with your Captivate purchase. We are here to help and make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. It sounds like maybe the reason the inkjets appeared to be empty already is because the ink is not flowing into the print head to be used. A print head cleaning cycle helps to maintain a healthy print head by forcing some ink through it. This process may clear this up for you. We would love to have the opportunity to help troubleshoot or correct this for you. We replied to your initial email on 2/4, we attempted to call you on 3/1, and someone should be reaching out to you today also. We have not received a response from any of our attempts. If we may be of further assistance, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 855-454-8444. Thank you!
