Navigating the website was very easy, so the ordering process was quick. Delivery of the order was also quick and the product received is high quality. Ordering from Captivate Ink allowed me to purchase the necessary supplies for my home office at a lower price than the normal vendors I would purchase from.

I am greatly impressed with the service rendered by Captivate in response to my recent order. Not only was the order filled promptly and correctly but the packaging was compact and efficient in every respect. I ordered my cartridge and recieved it within two days! The product is as good as any other, and it came in a great foil package that will keep it fresh till I'm ready to use it. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I'm used to spending almost $60 on a 4-pack of HP printer cartridges. With Captivate I spent less than $30! Will definitely purchase my ink through Captivate again. Works great!
