Great quality product and costumer support.

Good editing communication and very satisfied with the the prints. One was 30x40 and the picture quality, color and clarity was great.

It took a very long time to receive after the final sign off on the changes. It departed Hong Kong...yes, Hong Kong on June 10, 2020, and arrived in Los Angeles Customs Affairs Office on June 16. I did not receive it until June 30!

Great Service, kept me informed through the whole process from when I ordered to when it was in review, when it was in production, and when it got sent. AWESOME JOB.

The proofs that I got was never checked. I explained in great detail that the images had extra bleed because the bleed information I was provided by customer service was incorrect. Conversations went back and forth for over a week and not even 1 time I got something that was close to print-ready! Customer service refused to even try to adjust images to fit the frame and I was not able to do it because the tool is not accurate enough. Trying to get my proofs for over a week made me run pass my deadline. In the end I gave up and asked for my order to be canceled and money to be refunded. I went to another company and provided them with exactly the same files and had absolutely no issues whats so ever. I was able to get perfect proof from another company on the same day and get the printing started! I will never try to work with Canvas Factory again!!!

My item took a month to get to me And I needed this by a certain time. Also the item I ordered isn’t what I was expecting from looking at the website. I’m not returning it since I have no time to find something else, but I will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed

Super fast delivery! I was concerned the pics I chose for the collage would be too pixelated and come out blurry but when I opened it I was so thrilled! It was a gift for my boyfriend and absolutely LOVED it!
