Ich habe eine Kerze bestellt, leider wurde der falsche Duft geliefert. Daraufhin habe ich mich an den Support gewandt und die Kollegen im Support waren super nett und unkompliziert, haben sich sofort um mein Anliegen gekümmert und mir mehrere Möglichkeiten geboten, die Bearbeitung der Rückerstattung erfolgte problemlos. Die Kerze ansich schaut super aus, auch die Lieferung erfolgte binnen kürzester Zeit. Würde ansich sofort wieder bestellen!! :))

Recently moved and auto fill out in my old address. Reached out to the company via email and the response time was crazy fast! Like literally within 24 hrs I received a response with a link to the tracking info and an offer to refund if I hadn’t received the package! Long story short I should be receiving my order before Christmas!
