Customer service disappointing
The platform is just average for our needs. A support person once told me that all they do is read the information from their help robot, so there was no reason to email them directly, he said.

1. Hard to get to an actual contact. 2. Andrew didn't respond to my actual questions, just sent me what appeared to be a form response. He even provided me with a link that I provided in my question! 3. My questions were provided in the answer so there was no paper trail of the original query.

I had an issue with the Sending Domain Verification. Curtis helped me figure it out and he went above and beyond explaining everything and fixing my issue. Thank you so much CM!

Happy with help I received! While it was frustrating that I couldn't cancel a sending campaign on my own, once I got through to support, what I needed was handled quickly and easily.

Yea! No! These people suck big time. Don't invest too much of your business in thiers, you have plenty more options, choose one of those.
