Items received are not what was ordered
The experience was great until the order arrived. Product received was not what was purchased even though all paperwork indicated it was. We had ordered pre-coated tags ready for in-house laser etching but received uncoated tags with burrs along many of the edges. Most of the edges were also bent upward preventing them from laying flat. We were informed our product had been discontinued yet our order still made it through the entire process (multiple quotes, artwork proof, fabrication, shipping). They did offer a solution to rework the items but we would need to pay a few hundred dollars more. We chose to cut our losses and not pay more for their error. The sales rep we dealt with was great in his part and is the reason this review is not one star.

Norm, your negative experience unacceptable and we apologize. We have investigated what happened and determined that the product you ordered was supposed to removed from our catalogue, but was not. I communicated with your sales rep Chris and he will reach out tomorrow with an alternative solution.
