Labels I received looked nothing like the proof
Service was very slow. It took over a month to get finished product. But more importantly I did not get what I ordered. I was provided a quote for 2 options, B&W or Color. I requested B&W based on the price and was told I didn't need to provide new art. I sent camera ready art and was provided a "proof" which I had to approve before they could start printing. The labels I received did not look anything like the art I provided and approved. They were color, not B&W as requested. The text was in 2 different fonts and the logo had very little space around it - it was crowded by the text. I was very disappointed, especially because I was charged a $100 "set up" fee and I paid a premium price for the labels.

Your issue was brought up during our quality review process and we wanted to publicly apologize for the error. In this case we found that the text imaged on the label was in fact altered from the approved proof and a previously sent logo was used (both very rare if ever occurrences).
