I look forward to my evenings now that I’ve started drinking my favorite beverage again. U relax calming tonic comes in several flavors but my favorite is mixed berry. It has kava, ashwagandha, l-theanine, and lemon balm. All you do is mix the supplement with water; shake; add ice; and relax and enjoy your beverage. It tastes wonderful and it’s actually very easy to relax while enjoying it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

We have been drinking U:relax for over a year. Adult child and I wanted to/needed to eliminate the use of alcohol and other substances from daily life for health reasons (mental and physical), but really enjoyed the tradition of catching up after work with a cocktail (or 2, 3). U: relax let us enjoy the process of mixing up something tasty that has a mellowing effect without the aftereffects of previous choices. The recipes provided by Calming Co. are good, use easily available ingredients and allowed us to continue a valued tradition. The customer service is excellent and frequent discounts are offered for providing reviews which helps with the cost (that is still significantly less than alcohol or other substances on a monthly basis even without discounts).

I enjoyed the product. It has a nice flavor and easy mixing and it is good to mix with other things and not feel like you need to have an alcoholic drink to relax. I think it would have more effective for me personally if I used it more regularly. When I was ready to cancel my subscription, it was very simple and no pressure whatsoever.

I first purchased my Calming drink as I was getting away from drinking alcohol. I was skeptical. I even cancelled my subscription but now I'm back to stay. I like my pink drink. I like the flavor and can choose to add more water if it's too sweet so it's perfect for my tastebuds. I tend to drink it while cooking dinner, just like I would have with a glass of wine. Shipments every 6 weeks works for me.
