Exceptional Customer Service
So I've been buying their kava products since 2024, but unfortunately they've had to change their U Relax recipe the last year. As a longtime member of the kava community, I've come to understand the challenges that come with kava, and the spread of misinformation of the root due to a skewed study of one rare strain a few decades ago. I emailed the team to express my sadness on the change of the recipe, and received a direct line from their leadership explaining the change, and sending me some of their products on the house after years of being a loyal Calming Co. customer. I've never felt so proud to be such a loyal consumer! This was the absolute highlight of my week, and I LOVE to see big companies with leadership that is very much in touch with what's happening on the ground floor. It's clear making their consumers happy is at the top of their priorities list; and though I will miss their kava products dearly, I will continue to sing their high praises as I have done so for two years. The world needs more night time beverage alternatives. 10 out of 10 customer service. Thank you Calming Co. for seeing me and treating me like the kava princess I am <3

Hi Morgane, thank you so much for this, it truly made our week too! Customers like you who've been with us for a long time are the reason we do what we do, and hearing directly from you about the recipe change meant a lot. We know change is hard, especially when it's a product you love, so we're grateful you trusted us enough to reach out. Thank you for being part of the Calming Co family and for spreading the word about better nighttime alternatives. Adam Davies, Founder
