I needed a prescription for antibiotics, and my doctor didn't have any open availability for several weeks. I used CallOnDoc, and the script for the antibiotics I needed was sent to my pharmacy the very same day. Very helpful, affordable, and convenient. I highly recommend and would use this service again.

They prescribed me a medication knowing it requires a prior authorization in order for it to be cover by insurance. And yet they refused to tell me this upfront and refused to complete the quick online form my insurance requested for coverage. And on top of that, the response was that the insurance won't allow them to do the authorization- even when the request came directly from the insurance. So I am out of my money for the consultation and can not get the medication.
