As women enter the menopause transition in their late 30s and early 40s, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone begin to steadily decline, creating challenging symptoms. There are over 100 symptoms associated with declining hormones in the menopause transition, some of the most common including hot flashes, mood swings, and vaginal dryness. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a prescription treatment used to boost hormone levels, by replenishing the estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone that diminish over time. At Winona, we only use plant-based, bioidentical hormones that are identical in molecular structure to those made naturally in your body.If you’re feeling overwhelmed by menopause symptoms, you’re not alone. Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're happy to hear that you've started noticing some positive changes, but we understand that you're still hoping for improvements in your energy levels and focus. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) can take time to provide its full benefits, and while some women notice improvements sooner, it may take 10–12 weeks to experience more significant symptom relief. Everyone responds differently, so we encourage you to remain consistent with your prescribed treatment and communicate any lingering concerns with your Winona physician. We're hopeful that you'll continue to notice positive changes and appreciate the opportunity to support you on your HRT journey!
SEVERE SHIPPING DELAYS AND ZERO MEDICAL SUPPORT--UNRESPONSIVE AND UNSAFE: Extremely disappointed with my experience with Winona. Due to severe fulfillment and shipping delays, I was left without my prescribed hormone medication for an extended period of time---despite taking strictly as directed. Abruptly missing this medication caused me to suffer physical symptoms, including bleeding and spotting. To make matters worse, when I messaged the doctor regarding this issue, I received no response in a reasonable amount of time. Leaving pts without critical hormone treatment for over two weeks with zero medical communication is completely unsafe and unacceptable. I have cancelled my account and will be seeking care from an actual in-person doctor moving forward. I strongly urge others to be cautious before relying on this online service for essential health needs.

I was struggling with getting my doctors to take my symptoms seriously and as something more than aging. Luckily my Dr with Winona knows what women need to make it through this nightmare that is womanhood.

I find the products to be meh. I notice if I forget my regular multivitamin I feel worse even with treatment regardless. I haven't started having hot flashes yet, but the fatigue is only lessened a little. Brain fog hasn't really changed I find if I forget caffeine in the morning it doesn't help at all. I suffer from lichen simplex there is nothing to be helped about that i guess even though hormone balance is a large possibility with this to begin with . I see no changes there even adding otc cream etc. I asked about a topical and was told no so idk what exactly this product is supposed to enhance in my daily life. For the amount paid I don't see a benefit that can't be managed elsewhere. Easy to obtain, fast fulfillment and friendly care staff those are the positives.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that you've had a positive experience with our Patient Care Team and appreciate your kind words about our service and fulfillment process. We're sorry to hear that you haven't experienced the symptom relief you were hoping for. We understand how frustrating it can be to invest in your health and not see the improvements you expected. Everyone responds differently to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and finding the right treatment plan can take time. While some women notice improvements sooner, others may require adjustments to their medications or dosages to achieve the desired results. We encourage you to continue discussing your symptoms and concerns with your Winona physician to determine whether adjustments to your treatment plan may be appropriate. We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback and the opportunity to be part of your healthcare journey. We wish you all the best moving forward.
