The web site was easy to use and efficient. As a nurse I felt is asked the appropriate questions to get me the medication I needed in a safe manner. We were on vacation and it was so easy. Did not have to take any time away from vacation for this cold.

Their support agent accused me of trying to transfer my subscription and account to another person when I tried to update my last name. This was a legal last name change after marriage and I had already submitted my updated ID. This is such a bizarre interpretation of a name change update. Anyway, I've been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks because this is ridiculous. I've repeatedly stated to cancel my subscription and account They keep asking me if I'm sure. Yes, I'm sure that's why I asked 10 times. Here's a tip: if you first pause your subscription then you can't cancel it yourself in Callondoc. Isn't there some type of guideline that online services that make it easy to sign up for a recurring subscription must make it just as easy to cancel?
