Great view, clean, although the bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows very worn and towels ruff. Loved the hot tub, fireplace, and washer/dryer. It would be helpful to add a broom to clean up fireplace mess. The brochure said it would be gas but wasn't.

Really clean and beautiful..

Our cabin was nice and spacious. There were 10 of us and everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of room. The front desk people were friendly and accommodating. We did have to wait for our cabin to be ready, but we were given a discount due to the issue. I liked how we could still have the cabin feel of the smokies but still be located in Pigeon forge. We’d use them again for any trip to the mountains.

we have stayed here 8 or 9 times and have always had a great experience....the staff was courteous and responsive to us...the cabins are beautiful with such great views of the mountains....4 stars instead of 5 only because there are a few signs of wear and tear that could be tended to better, but for us nothing that would be a deal breaker...we will be back next year everyone we have brought with us always wants to come back again 😊
