If you've had your order less than 30 days and you haven't installed it on your vehicle, there is a high likely hood you'd be eligible for a refund. I'd suggest you ring me directly. I ordered two sets of brake pads over a month ago. After 2 weeks with still no shipping email, I called customer service to which Rose answered. She told me that buybrakes did not have their inventory updated whenever I ordered, so the brakes I ordered weren't coming. She told me she would send an email with a few options of what I could do next. Never got that email. After another week of waiting I decided I wanted to refund the order, and take my business elsewhere. After calling and *trying* to cancel my order, it seems that Rose wants to be of no help and has yet to send me a confirmation of my cancelation. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself time. BuyBrakes gets 0 stars from me. If you read other reviews, it seems that buybrakes LIKES to do this to other customers. Beware, and don't shop buybrakes.com. The company has made ZERO effort to fix THEIR mistake.

Cade, Stock on this item was dependent on the manufacturer StopTech who has been suffering through supply chain issues for way too many months now combined with their recent decision to move shipping warehouses which further compounded the problem. In any event, that supply issue combined with our staff shortages here internally created the wait/delay you dealt with. My apologies. We have yet to master the new world where our supply chain cannot be depended on. To counter it, we are increasing stock levels which will certainly help. In any event, refunds are always available (we have issued yours today) for those who can't endure the wait for their specific parts ordered or we can help find an alternative. Bought the Hawk Performance brake pads for my 2015 Corvette Z51 and am very pleased with pricing and expedient shipping. Had a minor issue with one of the pads and the company made it right without hesitation. Awesome products, awesome people, awesome internet experience.

I called and got John on extension 459 and he is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to be. Your company did an excellent job when they hired him. I told him I wanted to contact your company and leave a review of how professional, polite and helpful he was. So I order front ebc yellow brake pads for My daughters 2005 nissan maxima . They arrived Wednesday and when we open the box they were rear brake pads instead!!!! Called customer service and got no where with them, seems like customer service is in a different country.. They want to receive the wrong brake pads first before they will send out the front brake pads, and they want me to pay for the return shipping crazy!!! They screwed up not me and now I have to wait multiple days before she can used her car !!! This is unbelievable..

On you order, you bought a completely different part number: DP41955R, so it makes sense it doesn't fit your vehicle. After 2 months of use, the car shakes during braking. Bad quality brake pads and rotors.

Never dealt with a car parts website where you need the "measure" when you have already entered your vehicle info to find compatable parts. I sent back the rotors that weren't the correct size for $76 freight 2 wks ago and still habent been refunded any of the amt I spent. So $109 spent...still need brakes for my car...buybrakes.com is not helpful or willing to make anything right with me. Do not recommend

Just received/installed/bed-in a BBK for my Honda S2000. Adam is awesome, he listened, offered options, low pressure. Kit took just under four months with current world situation I’m happy to have received them at all. I just bed them in on the way to work and holy carp, triggered ABS, seat belt locked, and I was smiling ear to ear. In short, just do it! Thanks again Adam
