Placed a large (to me) order including some balm tubes. Had a few caps missing but the company had no problem replacing those in a timely manner.

I'm a first-time customer, buying some ingredients for soaking my feet to treat my plantar fasciitis, as recommended by my massage therapist. One ingredient was out of stock, the other was in. Delivery of the first one was really fast, and I was sent an e-mail as soon as the second one was available, which was very soon. That one will arrive in a day or two now. So I can say only that their service and speed were super!
