Customer Service is great! I had ordered a part that had been discontinued, they quickly found a replacement, let me know about it. The new part was approved on my end and the order went through with no problems. Speedy delivery!

I can't really rate the service because I ordered the bulb and received notification that it was sent, but I haven't yet received it. I have ordered from Bulb Direct in the past (for the same ancient projector) and received the proper bulb in an acceptable time frame.

Bulb Direct had the bulbs I needed and call to ask to make a change in supplier as the one I picked was on a long B.O. Customer service was easy to work with and I got the materials as needed. I will be using Bulb Direct when ordering bulbs again in the near future.

I've been in Management for 39 years and have yet to experience a more friendly step by step order form on line. Also, the bulbs I ordered were exactly the perfect fit and price was favorable. I recomment BULB DIRECT to all.
