Took forever
I have ordered from Bulb direct in the past and not had a problem. It took months and new PO's to get the order processed and then weeks before the bulbs arrived.

Missing item and no return call
I bought 6 EKE-PH bulbs on 3/10 and only received 5 and the confimation says 6 were sent. I called on 3/12 and someone was suppose to get back to me to fix this mistake. It is 3/18 and still have not heard from anyone and have not received the missing bulb. Can someone help me?

Dennis, we apologize for the inconvenience. I spoke with our representatives and they assure me that an additional EKE-PH was sent out on the 3/13. Again we are very sorry that you were not contacted to let you know. Randy
