Buildium has made it possible for us to manage many properties efficiently and professionally. Our clients, both owners and residents, love the convenience of e-leases and electronic payments, and the user-friendly system is our saving grace. Customer support is A++++! I highly recommend Buildium to anyone in the property management field.

Accounting needs to catch up in user-friendliness to the rest of the software, but they are working on that. Excellent product and service. Frequent improvements and adding of features.

Some professional items missing. Virtue signaling is a bit cheesy also.
