Great company, very professional, pleasure to work with!

Buildium has been a good upgrade from what we had previously but it can be a bit hard to navigate at times. I do appreciate the customer support and that everyone is always very happy to help. It would be great if there was a way to integrate maintenance requests with vendor invoices and be able to pay directly in Buildium

I really like using Buildium because it keeps everything in one place and makes managing properties much easier. I can keep track of tenants, leases, payments, bills, and maintenance without having to use different systems. It’s easy to navigate, and I like being able to quickly find the information I need. Overall, it makes my day-to-day work more organized and efficient.

Easy to navigate.

I enjoy the entire program because, but do not use the entire program which I need to improve on. A few issue's are when I go into accounting and the multiple deposits/withdrawals and they combine deposits/withdrawals in the same column or just put in the difference in the deposit, not the actual deposit. If you are accounting software I would like to see the entire deposit.
