I have always found the customer service and technical support to be a highlight of my experience with Buildium. All Buildium representatives with whom I have worked have been patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have a $1,162 payment from a tenant that never made it into my bank account. I have sent them a ticket 4 times, and they have not solved the problem in over 3 months. I have had other problems with them being slow to respond. It seems like the more serious the problem, the more they ignore me. I wish I could call someone, even if I had to pay money.

My experience with Buildium support has been very positive. The support team is very responsive and helpful, especially when I need assistance with troubleshooting issues or reconciling accounts and tenant ledgers. Their guidance has helped me understand and resolve issues more efficiently.

I had a weird issue that I didn't know how to address. AI Helpdesk sent me to Customer Service who very quickly provided information on how to post.

James spent time solving the issues to my satisfaction. He was very thorough and knowledgable, A true professional. Very pleased with him .
