It is so much easier using Buildium. I have some (not all) tenants paying through Buildium but is early days yet as more people have to sign up. They can also report repairs etc through this site making less phone calls and emails to me letting me get on with other parts of Business.

Mobile app not working.. won't open on a consistent basis. When it does open I'm not getting notifications

I transitioned from QB to Buildium and I am much happier with this system to handle my real estate business. The accounting system is very straight forward and easy to learn and work with. I have yet to utilize all the myriad functions and offerings Buildium has so there is more to benefit from as I move forward. My tenants have also had very easy time using the system.

I started with buildium about 6 months ago. It was a nightmare with them to setup my bank account for electronic payment. There was a 25cent charge/pmt originally BUT now it has been raised to 3.5% of the rental monies due. They never answer their phones for service and my last online ticket took 5 days for a response. Shall I go on....Finally I opted out of 2 step verification because I am out of country and my phone does not work in the Bahamas. They are so simple minded they cannot have codes sent to an e-mail or ask secret questions like required to access my life savings. You will be so SORRY.

I like the software for basic rent collection, but communication with the tenant and value for using to list products is. It there.

Love it...the best! Just wish that there was someone/someplace we could communicate ideas for new features.
