Association went over to this system...as a resident, it is complicated, not user friendly, difficult (if not impossible) to find items, and it may be great for those computer savvy, to the tech challenged senior it is a BEAST! Waste of time.

I would give them a straight up no star if I could - This operation is a joke. We moved over to them 9 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. I have literally been waiting 3 months on an answer to one issue - no call backs, hold times are upwards and over 4 hours at clip and still no answers. I am so beyond frustrated with software and it's complete flaws. The accounting is a joke, email interface is ridiculous, the reports are weak and this product needs a total overhaul. The back end of this software is archaic and hasn't grown with the times. I have an IT, Property Management and Accounting background is this software is very difficult for me to use. So disappointed...

As of Jan 2020, Trying to reach Buildium and absolutely no response! We pay close to $800 a year with lots of units on this platform and they totally went silent in the past 2 weeks after my staff has tried to reach out to them on multiple occasions both via email and phone. You hold forever with a voice mail as your only option or just wait for email. Just ridiculous! Whats going on Buildium????

Hi Alex, We’re so sorry you've experienced longer-than-expected wait times - this season always has a high volume of calls and we want to make sure everyone gets the level of support they need. We are continuing to grow, so we’re actively growing our support team by almost 25% over the next few months, and we think you'll feel a difference soon. Best, The Buildium Team
Is Buildium GOING OUT OF BUSINESS? Is anyone else having trouble getting hold of a human being at Buildium?!?!?!?!? I was on hold for 5 hours yesterday! Till the system disconnected me. No customer service agents available. I called the sales department and immediately a human answered. They were very nice but had no way of transferring my call to anywhere else in the company, not even a manger. It is day 2 now and no answer from Buildium. The sales line and the customer service line both have an automatic answer that there is a company meeting. My call is regarding the FORTE automatic payment system which has received funds from our renters but is not transferring funds to our account. I find it very suspicious that a company is: 1. Receiving funds for rent transactions but not paying the property company the rent. 2. The Customer support line is so busy that it can not answer calls. 3. The sales department answers immediately with a live person yet can not transfer a call to a service agent or a manager. 4. Sales can call me back directly the same day to up sell me a product while I am still having no call back form a manager or service agent. 5. I leave my contact number several times with a live person. Sales reaches me at my number yet I get an email from service that they can not reach me at a good number. 6. I send a reply email to service and give them my number that sales used to call me and I get a reply email from service that I need to supply a contact number. 7. I called Buildium a second day and now the customer service line and the sales line both have a recording that everyone is in a meeting. What is going on?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. It is extremely user-UNfriendly. The system goes down regularly, so you cannot get any work done. The customer service people are knowledgeable, IF you have a problem during their limited business hours, and have the patience to wait for a callback for a few hours. I would not recommend this program to anyone. We are a small property management firm and we need reliable service.

This software program and customer support is terrible. I have been paying since July, 2019 and it is now December, 2019 and I have not been able to go "Live" with the program. Essentially I have paid over $1300 CDN for NOTHING. I plan or proceeding with a law suit against this company. DO NOT USE!!!

We really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention so that we could connect you with our Onboarding Manager to expedite your concerns. While this is an uncommon situation, your feedback helps ensure we have the correct processes in place so issues like this do not happen in the future. Thank you, The Buildium Team
Horrible customer service for a lot of money. Hasn't taken my applicants credit card for months but they still want to charge $700 a year when the system is broken. Snarky customer service, even though I cancelled and theywon't return my fees for the next year. Don't even begin to think about using them.

Hi Jennifer We're sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience and sad to see you go. After checking your account, it looks like we issued you a refund in November. We've also shared your feedback with our Customer Care Leadership team. Please note that we recently fixed the ability for residents to pay the application fee via credit card. We replaced the legacy technology that was causing timeouts when applicants entered credit card information, which caused that information to not make it through to the property manager. This update is out for all customers. Thank you, The Buildium Team
Crappy guys in development does NOT listen to customers concerns. Beware! they will NOT LISTEN TO YOU. "We will look into it and suggest it to development, but no guarantee they will implement your needs" 414 909 3279 call me before you purchase. I'll give you my experiences
