Hi Buildium I was helped by the customer service executive her name was JAV . She has great customer orientation and truly a subject matter expert. It was a "WOW experience" interacting with her as she was trying to help. Pleasant person with customer centricity. Please hire more profiles like "Jav". She was the best!
