Everything was fine except that the initial response took some time especially since my application got stuck in their system. They said that they are fixing that. The price was very reasonable. They have good choices for coverage and the carrier is rated A by AM Best. Definitely would refer a friend!

Fast & Easy. However it took a day to add co-insured, even though I requested it right away. Got insurance papers without co-insured first. Then waited over 24 hours to get papers with co-insured. This seems to be standard procedure. Otherwise excellent! And recommended.

Alison was great once I got ahold of someone. Please never send emails on the weekend saying payment did not go thru!! Horrible service as we have updated CC and you only gave us 24 hours and on the weekend.
