I made the mistake of ordering delivery numerous times from Waterford, CT Buffalo Wild Wings. They have left out food multiple times and this time I spent $80 and didn’t get half of the order. They claim it was there AGAIN and refuse to reimburse me for the half of my order that I did not receive. They put everything off on Door Dash every time and neither businesses will Take ownership so there you go/ neither will EVER get a dime from my pocket again.

Made the mistake of eating at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Brick, NJ yesterday...had gin & tonic (little gin/more tonic - which was flat), Street Tacos / Brisket Tacos and Fried Pickles...have been up all night with serious intestinal issues...it seems that the kitchen (waitress stated that they were "backed-up") probably rushed our order and served us food that was under-cooked (or under-microwaved)...lesson learned - don't eat at Buffalo Wild WIngs...I gave it one star because it was the lowest available, plus it is still too high...I paid for food that made me sick...the only satisfaction I will receive from this meal is when the intestinal issues subside.

I don’t know why I keep going back. Capita Heights location is horrible. Horrible customer service. Horrible wait time. Horrible preparation and packaging. Horrible managers. Just horrible every time I go. I said why are my two orders in one box. How will I now the flavors? The waitress said, bite into them. ???? I will pass them from on. I’m so done.

Ordered online and had it delivered by GrubHub. Called the restaurant to see if they received my specific instructions - as they ask you to complete with an online order - and it still came to me incorrectly. Couldn't eat because it has a food I have an allergy to. Then, when the delivery driver called to ask for directions, they were laughing life they were high (yes, more than one in the car, including a baby crying in the backseat. I understand needing to work during Covid bu show a little professionalism). When i realized the order was incorrect, I called the store to let them know and what do they ask! --Can you come back to get it made correctly? Why would I use a delivery service if I didn't need to. Offering a gift card must be common place for this chain with a review score as low as theirs.....

I will never go back again Mac and cheese was undercooked my brothers wings weren’t even cooked all the way and while we were waiting for our bill the hostess kept staring and pointing at us making us uncomfortable I asked them to take the Mac and cheese off bc it was undercooked so we didn’t eat it they couldn’t even do that

I ordered one ultimate nachos with brisket and one ultimate nachos.Got it delivered.Both orders were the same.Did not get the one with the brisket.Very dissappointed.

Emily was amazing tonight.

4 times ordered 4 meals and 4 times all 4 meals were incorrect. Got zero help from restaurant management. Y’all lost a weekly customer for good.
