Went to the one in Nashua, NH on 10/25/26, it was not good. Chicken wings were cold (one still partially frozen). One person at the table got the wrong burger. Waitress offered to wash off the burger and bring it back. Another person didn't get onions on his burger. The cheese on the steak and cheese sandwichs was not real cheese. It definitely was some kind of cheese wiz. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Seekonk MA We show up and seated, the tables are still dirty. We arrive at 4:15 Orders were put in within 10 minutes of arriving including an appetizer The appetizer came out cold Returned and complained and new appetizer was brought out. There is only roughly 30 people inside the restaurant and we still have not received our entrees and it’s past 5:15pm already.. I have never had such slow service at any wing restaurant in my entire 30 years of life. Over an hour for 20 wings 2 wedges and a burger.. OVER AN HOUR! It takes 13 minutes to cook wings and 7 minutes to cook a burger. Yet we have been sitting here over an hour and still have 0 signs of our dinner.. this is ridiculous and this will be my last ever time at Buffalo Wild Wings in seekonk ma ..

Honestly horrible service sat there for 10 min and no service then some other people arrived and was served before us never coming back horrible place honestly

I recently visited BWW at Promenade on Providence in Charlotte NC and I was shocked by how incredibly tiny the bone-in wings were! Seriously these were the smallest wings I've ever seen.. There was barely any meat on them. For the prices you're paying, you'd expect a reasonable amount of chicken. Instead it felt like I was paying restaurant prices for mostly bones. I've had wings here before, and I don't remember them being this ridiculously small. Has the quality or sizing of the wings changed ? Because this was disappointing and it makes me think twice about coming back. I hope management takes notice because customers deserve better value for their money.

I placed an order thru GrubHub from Buffalo Wild Wings that should have cost about $35 in total, Free Delivery included. However, BWW would not accept my choice of a 15 pcs Bone In Wing, for $14.40 without add-ons, making this portion of my order $29.28. BWW changed my tip to 2x the amount I authorized after I add my form of payment. To make things worst my $7.29 salad was all lettuce that was rotten and withered, 1 sliced tomato, and 1 pcs of cucumber. My Chicken Strips were over fried, and spicy (I didn't order spicy) Chicken strips. Don't Order for BWW, but if you take the risk, Watch Your Receipt! Disappointed

I visited one location at 6001 Iliff Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM. I will never go to another Buffalo Wild Wings. Rotten service attitude, expecially the manager.his bad attitude trickles down to the employees. Dried up rubber tasting wings.i ordered them plain. My dog wont even eat that crap. Dried up cold fries. The manager made some excuse about the cooking oil,since i was the first customer that day. Ha.Parking lot was empty. Now i know why. The manager offered me a refund,but he can't sumbit the refund until the end of the day. O stars for this horribe restaurant chain.

I placed an order on their app. When I went to pick my order up, they didnt even have the order. The store said sorry about my luck and that I needed to fix it on the app even though I could show them the order and the payment. When going into the app, the only way to contact them is to email them and that they will respond in up to 48 hours. I sent a few emails but no one bothered to get back to me until a week later and they just sent an email stating that a refund had been issued. Buffalo Wild Wings doesnt care but I am someone that has visited them for over 30 years, often multiple times a week, for lunch and dinner. I will never go back. I wasnt worth a phone call or an apology from them.

My first time at Carrollton ga. Buffalo wind wings, too cold inside bring a sweater or light jacket, I ordered some boneless chicken wings, they were not fresh, they were almost stone cold, I would have sent them back but...I was soooo hungry I didn't do it and ate them anyway...next time I'll tell them, don't bring them to me if you can't do it right the first time!
