If I could put zero stars I would. No wonder this place has less than two star average. Will never order from your restaurant again. Went in to get takeout, five little nuggets and six wings nearly $35? Are you insane? Beyond that 15 to 20 minute wait? Beyond that you take our phone number and our name and yet you can’t text us when the order is ready? Never again. ZERO stars.

The experience that I go to Buffalo Wild Wings is great . Because we have an awesome waiter his name is Codey he works at the Appleton location in Wisconsin. He make sure our food is good and fresh and hot . And he always make sure everything is great. And bring great vibes and positive energy!

Went to BWW in Seveirville and have to say our server was fantastic ..Selina is very good and treats her customers with the upmost respect...Looking forward to our next visit there ..Keith and Tina .

I am an employee with Buffalo Wild Wings and wanted to make current and future employees aware of the company theft towards employees. I have been an employee for almost six months and have noticed on my paystub CHAMP PLAN deductions. This wasn't something anyone discussed with me upon hiring or at any time of my employment. When I reached out to my GM about it I was told it's a supplemental insurance all new employees are automatically enrolled in without the employees permission. It is something all Buffalo Wild Wings does to all new hires. So for six months Buffalo Wild Wings felt I needed pay taken out for an insurance I had no knowledge I had, no medical card was sent out, no information on how to use it, no paperwork at all was sent to me. So I have insurance I can not use but I am paying for. According to my pay stub $2,000 has been taken from my pay towards this insurance. Even when you look up on Google how to opt out of the program because either was given no information from the company on how to opt out, they tell you it could take up to 2 more paychecks before you opted out. I stress any current, new, or future employee to consider opting out before hand or not even working for this company. I feel Buffalo Wild Wings has stolen my money I worked for and then told me it was my fault because I didnt know about the program no one made me aware of, this should be illegal to do to employees. I have since decided to end my employment with the company because either can never get that money back they took out of my pay. It is sad when you can not even trust the company you work for not to steal from you.

Not even joking, the chicken tasted like someone farted on it. Just like the Popeyes guy except BWW wasn't dumb enough to film it. 🙂 The food was gross, they forgot our drinks and fries so we had to drive back to the store. The worker apologized which helped but still the food was substandard. 3 pieces of celery, no way. Customers want value, this one blows

Takeout. Order was cold. Wings severely overcooked and dry. Burger had one giant black hair in it. Ordered chips and salsa and received chips only. Side of fries was less than half full, cold, and overcooked. Last time I will eat here.

I was held hostage by the general manager and told to write this im sorry guys. Lol im kidding, but the Voo Doo's here are amazing and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. They listen to customers feedback and accommodate us as much as possible. Homewood illinois location

Worst service ever! We went to restaurant #610 to enjoy the UFC, and I understand it was on a waiting list. We registered, and I told the host we would like to sit outside because there were a lot of tables available, and she told us ok. I asked her if we could go, and she said no because she didn't want to skip the line, but she asked the other guests, and nobody wanted to sit outside. I didn't see a problem with letting us go sit if nobody wants to go outside. I see every time we order online or go to the restaurant, the service is getting worse and worse.
