ive NEVER had a restaurant, or any place that gives food mess up my order this many times. i get it happens every now and again, but this is like, 1/2 of the time. last time, an entire chicken strip, all of my bread (including extra bread i ordered) was gone, and no sauce either i called and made a complaint, they said come back down to the place, and i said, im already home so they said the manager would call me... they never did. the next time i go to get food, i ask about it and they took forever to get their manager; only to say it was already resolved??? genuinely if you ever get food from here, you better triple check the contents before getting out of there

Disappointing experience with DQ Rewards and Fan Relations I recently had a very frustrating experience with the DQ Rewards app and the location at 328 King Street East in Cambridge. After receiving a promotional offer for bonus points—enough for a large Blizzard—I went to the store to redeem them, only to be told directly by the worker at the counter that they do not participate in or accept app points. When I reached out to DQ Fan Relations to resolve the issue, they insisted multiple times that this specific location does accept points and participates in DQ Rewards, entirely dismissing the reality of what happened at the register. Instead of taking accountability or making things right, support gave me the runaround—first claiming the points had expired, and then stating there was no record of the reward. It is extremely disappointing to see a brand promote rewards and insist a location participates, while the store itself refuses to honor them and corporate offers zero customer appreciation or support. False promotions and a complete lack of transparency show a real disregard for loyal customers.

Bad customer service. Overpriced. I'm always surprised this location is still in business.

The server was absolutely ass and I orders an midnight oreo and it overflowed and spilled all over me and he didn’t put any Oreos so I got frickin purple sparkle cream

The only reason I’m reviewing this so low is because the pumpkin pie blizzard tastes like squash baby food

That place needs better management and supervision, just went through the drive thru and ended up leaving was done waiting at the window waited minutes with no response, a lot of the workers were goofing off inside and noticed a lot of other customers were leaving as well.

New chicken tenders suck loved old crispy ones. You are done having my regular business. The ranch is very bad as well.

It was going well it took a long time it’s OK :)
