Was forced to install the stair lift due to a knee injury which involved a long recovery. After almost three months of sleeping on my very comfortable sofa, it was a thrill to see my upstairs again and sleep in my own bed again! Am very pleased with the stair lift!

When my husband started having some struggles going up and down the stairs, and we realized he was going to need some assistance, so, I immediately started researching different brands of stairlifts. At that point, I was able to narrow the choices down to just two brands and compared them side by side with all of the information and reviews I could find from the internet. Between the most advertised brand and Bruno, we chose Bruno for our home. My husband, who is knowledgeable in mechanics and electrical, felt confident that this unit would be sturdy and last us for years. With his mechanical confidence, my research, customer reviews, the sales rep who explained in detail the system without pressuring us to buy, and courteous, professional installer, it's been a great experience. Of course, the stairlift speaks for itself every time it's used!!! Since we live in a condo and have to go up an entire flight of stairs just to get into our main living area, this has been a blessing for my husband! It's safe and easy to use, and even though it's mounted on the adjoining wall of our neighbor's condo, it's so quiet, they don't even hear it! Without our stairlift, we would probably have been forced to sell and move to a ground level home. My husband and I couldn't have made a better choice, and we certainly recommend Bruno with flying colors to anyone who needs assistance going up and down their stairs! We couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

Craig handled the complete process of initial planning, measurements, township approval, ordering the stairlift as well as installation very professionally.

Our dealer, Ultimate Freedom Plus, was excellent. They provided me a way to access my home after major foot surgery. The lift was a great help to my senior parents and friends in accessing our main floor as well. We had to install 3 straight lifts to make our home comletely accessible. All work very well.
