The Stairlift is strong and comfortable. It loses one star because the lever controls are stiff and difficult for my husband to manage. The rumble over curves is still with us but I was told that that will subside in time. Overall it has released my husband from the tyranny of the stairs and for that I give it a thankful A. When I told my husband that I had written a review he asked me to say that it had added time to his life.

The chair lift on the stairs works great. The control switch on the right arm had to be snapped back into place after it came loose. The wheelchair hoist works great. It allows me to enter or leave the home when I want to.

I've had my Bruno for less than 1 year and had to have service 3 times. Customer service and the technicians have been very nice and quick to fix problems but I am concerned about the quality and how long b4 I need service again and the expense once the full warranty expires.

Installation went smoothly; the stairlift is easy to operate; footrest does not extend out far enough to make it usable.

Overall a great value and is really easy to use. VERY slow going up and down stairs. I would prefer about twice the speed. GREAT WARRANTY! The remote is too touchy. It stops 4 times trying to use it going up stairs even with a steady pressure.

Everything was great up to 11 month of usage. Then it stopped. Had to get a service call to fix it. Trouble was a broken wire. Service call was $400. Warranty covered parts only. Expensive for a broken wire.
