The only thing I would improve is the padding on the seat. Not thick enough, it could be much more comfortable. I, in fact, asked the installer to leave the seat from my old Bruno stair lift for future use elsewhere.

We love the Bruno stairlift and makes life so much easier however it makes loud clicking noises when moving and I have only had it for a month. It's good for up to 300lbs and I only weigh 115lbs. I will contact the company that installed it to make sure that's what it's supposed to do

The chair’s been a great help. It sounds and feels a little weird, though, like it’s going to break any time soon, especially when we fold it up and especially since it’s so new. Maybe it will improve the more we use it.

This is my second Bruno Stair Lift and they both work really well. I do have one complaint about my second Stair Lift. They made the brackets out of different material (the installer to me) and they will not stay in adjustment. It makes really loud popping noises as you get about half way down. They came back and adjusted it again but in a few days it was doing the same thing. I would like to see them use the original materials for the brackets that was on my 1st Stair Lift that I purchased about 6 years ago. We have not had any trouble with it. I use the new one a lot because it goes to the basement and I am working from home, in the basement. It is very annoying to hear that popping noise. The lift does get me up and down the stairs even with the noise.

When I received this email we were not use to using it yet. We are now getting a lot of use out of it and would hate to have to give it up. Some small quirks that we had to get taken care of and get use to. Love the equipment now.

It would be nice if the foot rest was automated on the version that I had installed. The next model up which had the foot rest automated, was much more expensive! It causes backpain to lift up the footrest.

The installation went great. The technician explained every thing very clearly and his work was excellent. The quality of the chair seems very good we have had no issues so far. The only change I would make if I had to do it over again would be to have the track go past the last stair so that it could be parked past the stairs in the basement level to clear out the stairway if needed.
