I had two chairs installed in September 2025. Within a week, one chair made a squealing sound when going down the track. Had a tech come out, and he had to order and replace the motor brake to solve the noise problem. Now we are having the same problem with the second chair (squealing sound) We have had the chairs less than two months.

My Joey lift works well. It draws a crowd when we use it BUT centering my Pride ZT10 so it fits in my van is difficult because of how platform is made.

After the installation was complete everything is working properly but we had a rocky time getting there. We had two circuit boards fail, one for the extended rail lifter and one for the swivel seat. Unfortunately the seat swivel problem blocked the stairs but the installer was very dedicated and came quickly to clear the obstruction. We were left without the lift for a week however. Other than those initial issues all has been fine. The units (we have two) seem to be well made and sturdy.

Like to be able to adjust speed a little bit, Don’t like that it keeps beeping when the chair is swiveled around.

I just told I needed a split rail that folds due to the entrance door at the bottom of the stairs, which I paid extra for, and I still can’t open up the door because even with the rail folded up the door hits the folded pattern of the rail might possibly move it up the stairs up to 2 inches to provide clearance. Not sure if that’ll work. Probably was not measured properly. I would like somebody to take a look and see what can be done about this.

Not happy with a few things. Hard for person riding to. turn set. One is too far out from the wall because I did not want the railing removed. also, one lift cannot go all the way to the top without hitting the step. Think it is the way the rail was installed rather than a problem with the steps as the person fixing a problem stated.

I really needed the lift, not having a bedroom on the ground floor. The product (overall) has met my needs; but with only minimal satisfaction. The first lift was delivered with a broken rail lift. Later a final “bottom” section was installed. The two rails Do Not fit together properly. The rail “wobbles” when attempting to move over the joint. Frequently it stops there and I have to reverse below the rails’ connection joint, then return to the ride UP. I have complained several times to no avail. I expect failure at that joint. A very poor assembly of connection. I expect it to break at that point. I worry that Bruno will not honor a warranty when the rail gives way. I have complained and kept records of the non-action on their part. This product is obviously manufactured with quality materials, but unfortunately the assembly is significantly lacking. I hope they honor material warranty, I’ve given up on installation warranty.

Love the reliability and all metal rail! Hate how slowly it moves going up; down speed 3x's better. I can have a birthday waiting to get to the top. Appreciate the soft landing at the top - but the bottom of the travel jars my fillings loose. If the chair stops partially, the switch must be activated twice to resume. Odd quirks for an otherwise nice stairlift. Better quality than Acorn and Harmon
