The stair lift is fine however the service with the company we bought it from is not. We had an issue with the unit beeping constantly for a few days. When my husband called for service it was stone walled. I hope you don't have an issue.

I loved this when I first got it but I am experiencing intermittent stoppages. It doesn’t happen every time just every once in a while. After it stops I can immediately get it to restart it’s just annoying! It blinks P.O. 3 times and then some letters. I called the installer and they said there was no problem as long as it isn’t beeping.
