Easy to install but not sure why the original broke so quickly. Just my wife and I, both in our mid fifties, use it and it is only two years old.

Thank you for sharing your experience. While we're sorry the original lid needed replacement sooner than expected, we're happy to hear the installation was quick and easy. We appreciate your support and hope you're back to enjoying your bidet worry-free!

Thanks for the kind words! Fast shipping, easy installation, and a great bidet experience? We'd call that a win all around. Enjoy your Swash!
I like the product but did have some issues with customer service supposedly being very busy but their online customer support can be trying at times. Mostly had to call in as their support is not very clear or timely

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased that you're happy with the product, though we're sorry your support experience wasn't as smooth as it should have been. Your comments help us identify areas where we can do better, and we're grateful you took the time to share them.
We are using a replacement unit. Our first bidet did not work consistently, even after a repair. The service representative offered us a new unit, which has functioned perfectly. We appreciate the personal service, which is rare in the current age of frustrating automated “customer service”.

What more can you ask for on on-line shopping. Some choices, clear, simple language on what each choice can deliver and a reasonable price. Delivery was simple and easy to install. I have had two friends purchase recommended products and they are very happy.

The bidets were great. One had an issue after a couple months, and Brondell sent a replacement immediately.
