The shirt took ages to arrive from a different country and the fabric is extremely poor quality.

I didn’t receive the item I ordered. The store is asking that I close a dispute with PayPal in return for a 12% discount but I would really just like a refund on the shirt that never arrived.

Items are poor quality and arrived VERY LATE! I asked to return and get refund. This company ignored my photos of damaged items and my request for refund and only offered me a 12% discount on another order. I will never ever order from them or refer them to anybody.

Never received item. Asked briteneye about it, they blamed the shipping company they use and gave me an email address for that company, which bounced back at me. Asked briteneye for more help, no response. Disputed the claim with my credit card, got my money back.
