Brilliant is a company that I would always do business with and recommend others in doing so. Customer service helps you to understand what you are buying and how it works for your needs and business. No matter what you can always count on Brilliant and their services.

We recently purchased our POS through Brilliant POS and we couldn’t be more thrilled! It’s a beautiful system that’s easy to set up, easy to use and will definitely meet the demands of our micro brewery. Jason and the rest of the folks at Brilliant have been so good to us. The customer service is top notch and they really invest in the client. The recent events of the past year set our opening date back and they hung on and waited patiently until we were ready to purchase. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the Clover system through Brilliant POS! - Scotch Hill Brewing Co.

I am trilled and happy with clover and it’s services, above all Justin who made the difference on my business. He is always prompt and professional when I needed his help. He is a super star in what he does and Clover should be proud to have such an amazing customer oriented, people person on their team. Thank you Justin Boyed for all your help that makes my business successful. I truly appreciate it. Chef Winnie’s kitchen

I actually want to give 4.5 stars. This is only because no one person or company is 5 star perfect. There is always room for improvement. We are not completely finished with implementation but so far Brilliant POS has been great in guiding me through what needs to be done. Our Rep from the Sales Team has been very accomodating and has had patience with us during our decision making process even if it seemed they were a little frustrated. I have not have had training yet on the system but I still know we made the right choice for product output and pricing.
