Hi Nathalie, Thank you again for staying with us. We wanted to provide an update regarding your iPad. After speaking with you, we understood that email communication would be more convenient for you. Our team then contacted the hotel directly on your behalf, obtained the appropriate contact email, and shared it with you. We also spoke with the hotel manager, who confirmed that your pink iPad has been safely secured at the front desk. We've already sent all of the details to you by email so you can coordinate the next steps directly with the hotel. We're glad we could help facilitate the communication, and we hope this small inconvenience doesn't take away from an otherwise enjoyable trip. Wishing you a wonderful time in the United States and safe travels! Best regards, The Brek Team

Hi Rachel, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Our team contacted the hotel directly to investigate the room condition, key card issue, and front desk interaction you reported. The property provided a different account of the situation, so we are continuing to review the details carefully rather than relying on one side only. Please reply to our support email with any photos or additional documentation, and our team will continue working with you directly.

Hi Jennifer, we’re sorry for the delay and frustration. We’ve sent the screenshot you provided to our provider and are currently waiting for their response. We’ll also ping them again tomorrow to check for the latest update and will keep you posted.

Hi Aires, we’re sorry for the stress and confusion this caused. We understand how frustrating this is. As we reviewed together over email and confirmed through the transaction details, the later $77.13 attempt was declined by the issuing bank, and the payment was not completed or received on our side. Any remaining pending hold appears to be related to the bank/Google Pay side after the decline. Our support team is always here to help every customer with any booking or payment issue until it’s fully reviewed.
