The serum that was sent is different from the one I bought in Brazil.

I have not received my order (ordered several weeks ago), a tracking link, or a response to my inquiries.

I'm mad. I decided to order the Dream Cream from this website, thinking the products were already in the US and the delivery would be relatively quick with no damage, so I didn't mind paying a fu*@&$! expensive price for that. However, the order was shipped from Brazil, took 13 business days to arrive, and when it did, the product was almost 1/4 missing, with the bottom cracked, likely due to going through Customs. Honestly, I won't be ordering from this site anytime soon. If I have to deal with damaged and delayed products, I'd rather go back to my previous supplier, where the product is literally half the price of Keratin. Their 3kg Dream Cream is CAD$69, while, converting USD to CAD, Keratin's Dream Cream ended up costing almost CAD$133. I learned the lesson. Never again.

I checked here and unfortunately we had a delay from the supplier of one of the products, for this reason we only sent your package on December 4th, as shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, the package was delivered on December 13th. We apologize, we don't usually have problems with the delivery time, we really didn't expect this delay from our supplier. We have stock in Brazil and the United States, we ship according to the product availability. The products you purchased were only available in stock in Brazil! We also inform about this in our FAQ on the website. I have also checked that we have not received any emails or messages from you about the damage to the product, we always ask the customers to send us photos of the box and the product as they received it so that we can arrange insurance with the carrier and resolve the matter in the best possible way, as we always value our customers' satisfaction. Regarding the price, there is a whole process behind it, adjustments to values, dollar exchange rates, taxes, transportation and the security of the shipment for our customers. This product it’s not the original product. when I removed the label it said VOID OPEN. It is a fake label. I emailed them and they blocked me. 100% scam.

We checked here and we didn't receive an email or message about this, the only email we received from you was one in which you asked for the tracking code on November 28th and we answered you. All our products are original and go with an invoice, and the product you bought Plastica Dos Fios, in the step 2 of 1 liter contains a seal of authenticity, so you can check the authenticity of the product by entering the code on the seal on the brand's website. This is a fee charged by your country's Customs, which is an organization that is above any store, they can request this payment to release the order, unfortunately we have no control over this.
