Fun, challenging then and now

Although the test is good, and the idea to charge 1 dollar is also fine. But nowhere it was mentioned about this hidden subscription fees that i am getting charged for. Feels cheated.

As far as we can see, you have already contacted our support, our team has already sent you an email regarding the cancellation of your subscription and regarding the payment issue. I wish I’d seen the reviews before using their service. Paid the $1 for the trial and to get my test result (probably inaccurate anyway). I only wanted the result, so after paying the $1 I followed the convoluted cancellation process on the same day. A week later I get a £22 charge. They had received my email requesting a cancellation. Their website states that it auto renews after the trial and the emails following my complaint say “ By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the end of each billing period for the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel”. I did cancel, why am I being charged 10 or so days after I sent the email requesting cancellation?! They’re refusing a full refund and have offered 50% plus a months free trial 😂😂 DO NOT USE
